Today, we are elated to share some truly exciting news. It is with great pride and gratitude that we announce our position as finalist for the prestigious eBay for Business Awards 2023 in the esteemed ‘Above and Beyond’ category.

This recognition reflects not only our commitment of excellent customer service but also acknowledgement from eBay themselves that we are providing an excellent service to our customers. 

We Hold 100% positive feedback on the eBay platform ensuring that any negative feedbacks, returns and customer issues are resolved in a timely and competent manor, not only re-enforcing eBays & Chaps IT Recycling LTDs brand but also ensuring 100% customer satisfaction and delivering a great customer experience.

Who is Nominated for the Award and Why? 

Sellers on the eBay platform can apply for the award anually, we are required to submit a short video or description as to why they believe they should be considered for this award. 

This is then considered by eBay, and this year we were lucky enough to be shortlisted & become finalists for the eBay Award!

What do We Win?

If we are successful and win the award we will receive the following

  • £10,000

What Would We Do with The Prize

We are always happy for additional support from eBay we were recently members of the pro-trader programme which we found really useful to ensure we are delivering a great customer experience to our clients.

We whilst a member of the Pro-trader programme were also included in the coupon programme which allowed us to offer great prices to consumers whilst boosting sales.

Any business would be very happy of a cash prize in these unprecedented times, we would specifically use this money to grow out brand and business to ensure more WEEE & redundant IT assets are put through our business allowing us to protect the environment and create a sustainable future. 

In-turn with eBay being our primary marketplace allowing us to grow our eBay store and allow their customers to benefit from our excellent refurbished items saving the environment at a fraction of the cost of a new item.
