March 7, 2025** Poor Customer Service ** We was hoping to have a future relation with this company to help build our small computer business as the products which they sold seemed... read more to good and was affordable priced for us to make a profit when resold - we ordered a job lot of laptops from a known auction site, all was going well until we had a serious issue with one of the laptops, which resulted in a fire, thankfully no one was hurt or further damage occurred, we issued a replacement laptop immediately and the customer was happy - We spoke to this company to ask for a bit of funds back to cover loss of the fire damaged laptop and the costs lost on the replacement, their response to this was unacceptable, they took no responsibility for this matter, our main upset was about the customers ordeal, could of gone a lot worse, (house fire, or worse death) they said these laptops are sold as seen with no warranty, I understand the warranty issue as they are older laptops but with no help trying to sort this matter out was just wrong, their information page from the auction site stated all their products come with a 60 day guarantee and when mentioned this to them, they said that policy has changed and no longer support this, if that was the case then why was it up, we have lost a lot of respect for this company and will never be using them again - we are not writing this to slate this company in any way or form as we think they do an amazing job in recycling and reusing old tech instead of the products going to landfill, we have a strong heart in this ourselves and we do the same with our business, we are only writing this for awareness as they should of helped better with the situation

We have recently moved to a new business model where we offer industry leading rebates for assets which hold value in the form of “Offset Credits“
These credits can be used to offset the small surcharges incurred with collection and disposal of IT assets which hold no re-sale value or incurr disposal fees for responsible recycling.
Once costs are offset these credits can be withdrawn as revenue to your organisation, left as credit for further collections or used on our online store -
Absolutely! assets which are processed can be returned with only the processing fee applied. We can also offer to pay for these assets.

Our pricing is subject to the classification of the assets which you recycle, this solution ensures organisations with good re-use assets are given rebates.
Organisations with IT assets unsuitable for re-use where a disposal cost is incurred will be required to pay a small surcharge.
It is still possible to have a Free, or even Paid collection with our asset disposal solutions where costs for “Disposal” IT assets are offset. -
