The mentioned surcharge applies solely to assets that are to be returned back to the customer. For any other assets for which we cannot provide a purchase price, we offer free IT recycling solutions and reporting. The costs associated with recycling these assets will be recovered from the recycled materials. In cases where any residual value exists, we will endeavour to recover it in the form of a rebate, providing additional value to the customer whenever possible. Our aim is to provide comprehensive recycling services while maximising returns and minimising costs for our clients.

Initial Contact

If you are interested in our Asset Purchasing Service you will be provided with a spreadsheet which will need to be completed so we can accurately provide a price for these IT Assets.

To provide an accurate purchase price for your IT assets, it is essential that the information provided is complete and accurate.

Free Collection

Your assets are securely collected by our security-vetted staff & GPS tracked vans & delivered to our Secure facility for processing, including inspection.

During the loading process of IT assets into our vehicles, our team will carefully check off each item on the provided list. This procedure ensures that all the specified IT assets are collected and accounted for.

Inspection & Data Destruction

Collected Assets will be inspected & tested to ensure they match the list which was provided at initial contact.

Due to liability issues all collected Data bearing assets will be processed to ensure your information is destroyed.
All Collected assets will also be logged using our enhanced reporting.

Inspection Report & Data Destruction Report Supplied.

We will provide our report advising of any findings which differ from the supplied information, listing any defects and revised pricing from the initial contact.

Any collected assets where/if a revised price cannot be agreed can be returned back to yourselves with a processing cost of £24.99 + VAT for our data destruction & reporting solutions.

Payment

An invoice will be supplied from your company/organisation and we will make a straight payment to your bank.

Do you collect from my area?

Our services are available throughout the UK, covering nationwide locations. If you have a small quantity of items for collection, we can include you in our backlog collection list. This allows us to efficiently pick up from multiple sites during the same trip, optimizing logistics and minimizing transportation resources.
Do you offer your services to the general public ?

Our services are tailored for businesses and organisations, however, we realise these services may also be appealing to the general public. Do you buy IT equipment?

We can offer our recycling solutions for all IT assets, 20 years old or 20 months old. If you have recently purchased IT equipment and would like to sell this we can offer a competitive market price for the asset whilst providing all relevant documentation. Any items processed will receive our secure data destruction services as standard.
Do I have to box up assets ready for collection?

No. We do all the hard work. We will arrive with the correct vehicle and tools for the collection. For larger items, 2 engineers will be dispatched (plotters data cabinets etc ). We can also collect palatalised IT equipment if required. All collected items can be logged on-site also if preferred.
