Our Secure Mail in Solutions are available to Organisations and Domestic Customers How Does It work?

Step 1 - Complete The Form Below

Provide us with Information on the items which you wish to recycle. We will generate a label & packing slip, this will then be sent across via Email.

This service is primarily for data bearing assets, Laptops Desktop PCs, smart phones, tablets. However we can accept all IT assets listed on the Items we Recycle page. The total boxed weight must be under 19KG with max dimension of 90CM x 60CM x 40CM
This service is primarily for customers who wish to ensure their data is destroyed with enhanced reporting & certificate of data destruction.

Step 2 - Print off the label & Drop off

We will supply a pre-paid label and drop-off instructions. Please ensure your device is packed safely for transport.
Drop this with the courier and we will await for the delivery of the item. In some circumstances we may be able to arrange collection from your address via a courier however this is not always possible. Please add this information on the form below.
The item will still need to be boxed by the customer.

It is to the discretion of the customer if they wish to use their own courier however the below form will need to be completed for all collections.

Step 3 - Processing & Data Destruction

On arrival to our facility we will inspect each asset on a case by case basis to determine the best method of data destruction for that device. The device will then be processed to ensure your sensitive information is removed from the device. The device will then be economically recycled or refurbished. Step 4 - Enhanced Reporting & Certificate

We will then provide you with a comprehesive report and certificate of secure data destruction, you will remain GDPR compliant & have a full record of how your data was carefully removed from the asset
