Do you collect from my area?

Our services are available throughout the UK, covering nationwide locations. If you have a small quantity of items for collection, we can include you in our accumulation collection list. This allows us to efficiently pick up from multiple sites during the same trip, optimizing logistics and reducing transportation resources.
Do you offer your services to the general public ?

Our services are tailored for businesses and organisations, however, we realise these services may also be appealing to the general public. We have created a page advising of the process required if you wish to recycle items with us as a member of the general public.

Do we get a rebate for the IT Assets we recycle with you?

We have recently moved to a new business model where we offer industry leading rebates for assets which hold value in the form of “Offset Credits“

These credits can be used to offset the small surcharges incurred with collection and disposal of IT assets which hold no re-sale value or incurr disposal fees for responsible recycling.

Once costs are offset these credits can be withdrawn as revenue to your organisation, left as credit for further collections or used on our online store.
Do I have to box up assets ready for collection?

No. We do all the hard work. We will arrive with the correct vehicle and tools for the collection. For larger items, 2 engineers will be dispatched (plotters data cabinets etc ). We can also collect palatalised IT equipment if required.

Large items such as data cabinets, Large MFP printers must be taken to the ground floor for easy loading where a lift is not available.
Do You Offer A Free Service?

Surcharges of our solutions are dependent on the volume or classification of assets which you wish to recycle.

Assets which carry a disposal fee for responsible recycling can be offset by assets which are suitable for re-use.

This method allows us to ensure that organisations recycling good re-use assets receive the rebates they deserve for their redundant IT & costs are covered for IT assets which require responsible recycling.

We provide full information on our asset classification and an estimate of any surcharges prior to collection, including offset credit values.
